Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Houston is seeking a diligent Key Lead to guide the in‑store experience, acting as Floor Supervisor and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep operations running smoothly and sales strong.

You will perform opening and closing routines, operate the POS, fulfill OMNI channel orders, maintain compelling visual displays, analyze reporting for decision making, protect store assets, and proudly represent the brand and company values on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory / management experience not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Be energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
