Responsibilities

• Lead store leadership tasks including acting as Manager on Duty to address customer experience,vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with store presentation, floorset execution, and marketing placement as needed.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and adherence to company policies and procedures.
