• Display product knowledge and knowledge of store policies.
• Set daily direction and goals for the team.
• Perform opening/closing routines including cash handling and shipments.
• Create connections with customers through needs discovery and recommendations.
• Assist with floorset, visuals, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies.
