Job summary

Uniform Advantage Brands is hiring a Full-Time Retail Key Holder to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service.

You will assist with opening and closing the store, processing sales transactions, merchandising, and customer support. The position offers $15.00/hour with 35-40 hours per week and a monthly bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and sales support
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and recommendations
• Operate POS system for sales, returns, and exchanges
• Open and close procedures, including cash handling
• Maintain store organization, stocking, and visual merchandising
• Support pricing updates, promotions, and displays
• Handle multiple customers and tasks during busy periods
• Assist with occasional offsite retail events (pop-ups)
