Job summary

Uniform Advantage is opening a brand new location in Timonium, MD and we're hiring a Full-Time Retail Key Holder to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will assist with opening and closing the store, processing sales transactions, merchandising, and customer support.

This role includes responsibilities such as maintaining store organization, stocking, and visual merchandising, plus operating the POS system and handling cash.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Must pass background and screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and sales support.
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and recommendations.
• Operate POS system for sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Perform opening and closing procedures including cash handling.
• Maintain store organization, stocking, and visual merchandising.
• Support pricing updates, promotions, and displays.
• Handle multiple customers and tasks during busy periods.
• Assist with occasional offsite retail events (pop-ups).

Job Summary

Pay & Schedule

• $15.50/hour starting pay
• Full-time: 35-40hours per week
• Monthly Bonus Opportunity
