Job summary

Uniform Advantage (UA Brands) in Pembroke Pines, FL is hiring a Part-Time Retail Key Holder to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will assist with opening and closing the store, processing sales transactions, merchandising, and customer support.

Responsibilities include customer service, product recommendations, POS operations, and maintaining store layout; occasional off-site events may occur.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to multitask in a busy store environment.
• Must pass background and drug screenings.

Job Summary

Pay & Schedule

• $14.00/hour starting pay
• Part‑time: 15–25 hours per week
• Monthly Bonus Opportunity

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18+
• Must pass background screening, drug test screening, and assessment test

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift up to 40 lbs
• Bend, reach, climb, and move merchandise as needed
