Uniform Advantage is opening a brand new location in Timonium, MD and is hiring a Full-Time Retail Key Holder to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will assist with opening and closing the store, processing sales transactions, merchandising, and customer support.

Responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, assisting with product selection, operating the POS system, and handling cash during opening/closing.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and sales support.
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and recommendations.
• Operate POS system for sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling.
• Maintain store organization, stocking, and visual merchandising.

• Handle multiple customers and tasks during busy periods.
• Assist with occasional offsite retail events (pop-ups).

Pay & Schedule

• $15.50/hour starting pay
• Full-time: 35-40hours per week
• Monthly Bonus Opportunity
