Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or luxury brands.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Experience with cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring team members.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and events.
- Familiarity with retail POS software.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example to deliver inspirational, authentic customer service.
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations.
- Carry out opening/closing duties and cash reconciliation on a rota basis.
- Coach and mentor team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
