Responsibilities

• Lead as delegated by Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Be knowledgeable about products, policies and store strategies.
• Set daily shift direction and goals for the team.
• Perform opening/closing routines and interpret company directives.
• Create connections with customers through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to policies.
