Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a Part-time Key Holder to open and close the store, manage the cash register, and assist customers while keeping the store organized. This position supports store operations and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, accurate POS operation, and adherence to store procedures. Experience in retail is preferred, with flexibility for weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer on entry and execute Five Steps to a Sale.
• Offer current promotions and special offers; operate the Point of Sale accurately.
• Provide comprehensive service using calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special orders.
• Maintain a store environment that meets visual merchandising standards and resets features and promotions.
• Open and/or close the store as scheduled; prepare cash bank and nightly deposits; complete opening/closing checklists.
