Job summary

Go! Retail Group seeks a part-time Key Holder to open/close the store, manage the cash register, assist customers, and ensure the store stays organized. Reports to the Store Manager and helps deliver a positive shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail experience, strong math and POS skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Benefits include 401K, employee discount, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• One year of retail experience (or experience related in this field).
• Self-motivated, passionate about the work you put out, lead with optimism and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Flexible and able to work weekends and evenings.
• Basic math and ability to handle cash and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer on entry.
• Execute Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately.
• Open and/or close the store as scheduled and prepare cash deposits.
• Maintain store appearance and assist with shipments and merchandising.
