Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a part-time Key Holder to open and close the store, assist customers, and manage sales with accuracy. This role supports promotional activities and ensures the store runs smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

As a part-time Key Holder, you will greet customers, operate the POS system, and maintain an organized store while supporting a positive shopping experience. This position offers up to 20 hours per week, with weekends and evenings as needed.

• One year of retail experience or experience related in this field.

• Create an exciting shopping experience by staying connected with customer needs.
• Knowledge in retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Basic computer skills, POS system and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer on entry.
• Execute Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity.
• Offer current promotions and special offers.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately.
• Provide comprehensive service by utilizing calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special orders.
• Open and/or close the store as scheduled.
• Prepare cash bank at opening and nightly deposits at closing.
