Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Collaborates with leadership to create a welcoming, values-driven store environment and drives customer connections.
• Leadership + Team Management: Participates in managing the store pace, positivity, and daily zones; supports training and onboarding.
• Visual + Business Operations: Supports opening/closing procedures, maintains store standards, restocks product, and assists with facilities or IT issues; facilitates shipment and omni fulfillment.
• Communication + Relationships: Fosters inclusive teamwork, communicates feedback to the Store Manager, and contributes to team morale through brand initiatives.
