Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Michigan LLC is seeking a part-time associate to greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and complete sales transactions. You will help keep the store clean, stocked, and organized, and support daily operations with the Store Manager.

The role includes opening/closing duties when needed and maintaining a positive store image. The position requires flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.
• Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection and location.
• Complete sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, stocked store and assist with inventory.
• Support store operations and customer service goals.
• Assist Store Manager with daily activities and opening/closing duties.
• Provide asset protection and daily operational assistance.
