Family Dollar Stores Of Michigan LLC is seeking a store associate to deliver exceptional customer service, greet shoppers, help with merchandise selection and navigate the sales floor, while processing transactions accurately at the POS.

The role supports store operations, including assisting the Store Manager, stocking, inventory control, deliveries, and ensuring the store remains clean and welcoming for customers across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent.
• Experience: Prefer management experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments.
• Reading/interpretation: Able to read, interpret and explain operational directives to others.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with merchandise and location, and complete sales transactions.
• Maintain a clean, well stocked store and ensure attractive merchandise presentation.
• Assist Store Manager with daily activities and operational support.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with a positive attitude.
• Support asset protection and protect store assets.
• Open or close the store in absence of Store Manager/ASM and assist cashiers with deposits and records.
