Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store customer service experience preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required
• Strong organizational and communication skills required
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required
