Everything But Water at Wheatley Plaza in Greenvale, NY is seeking a Part-Time Key Holder to support store leadership and deliver exceptional customer service. You will work closely with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to cover shifts and supervise Sales Associates when needed.

The role requires 2–4 years of retail sales, 1 year of supervisory experience, and availability nights/weekends/holidays, plus strong communication skills. Competitive benefits include 401(k) and merchandise discounts.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience.
• Availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Works closely with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support business needs, adequate shift coverage and at times supervise Sales Associates.
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating the Company’s selling model in a confident and knowledgeable manner.
• Maintain brand standards around cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards.
• Demonstrate an understanding of sales goals and align behaviors accordingly.
