Job summary

Everything But Water is seeking a Key Holder at Westfield Garden State Plaza to support store leadership and deliver exceptional customer service. You will work closely with Store Management to ensure adequate shift coverage, supervise Sales Associates, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced fashion environment.

The role requires 2-4 years of retail sales experience with at least 1 year of supervisory responsibility, availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and strong English

Qualifications

• 2-4 years retail sales experience.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Availability nights, weekends and holidays.
• Effective customer engagement skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Stand/walk 8 hours, climb a ladder, lift 15 lbs.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must be fluent in English (read, write, speak).

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager with business needs, shift coverage, and supervision of Sales Associates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service using the Company selling model.
• Maintain brand standards for cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
• Understand sales goals and align behaviors accordingly.
