Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Key Holder to support boutique operations and achieve sales targets in a luxury retail environment in Tampa, FL. You will develop client relationships, maintain product knowledge, and ensure excellent service while managing store presentation and opening/closing duties.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong customer service and communication skills, English and Spanish fluency, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to stand for most of the workday and reach, bend, use a ladder, and lift boxes.
