Job summary

Everything But Water, LLC in Santa Barbara, CA is seeking a Part-time Key Holder to support store leadership in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to cover shifts, supervise Sales Associates, maintain brand standards, and engage customers with a confident, knowledgeable selling approach.

Availability nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in retail sales.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Availability must include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective customer engagement skills.
• High level interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physical requirements include standing/walking for an eight-hour shift, climbing a ladder, lifting up to 15 pounds.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support business needs, adequate shift coverage and at times supervise Sales Associates.
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating the company’s selling model in a confident and knowledgeable manner.
• Maintain brand standards around cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards.
