Job summary

Everything But Water, LLC is seeking a Part-time Key Holder in Bellevue, WA. The role supports store leadership to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to brand standards while assisting with shift coverage and supervision when needed.

The position requires 2-4 years in retail, at least 1 year in supervision, and availability nights, weekends, and holidays. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain brand standards around cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards.
• Demonstrate an understanding of sales goals and align behaviors accordingly.
