Position Overview

The Key Holder, in partnership with the Store Management team, will create a customer-centric environment through extraordinary customer service. Collaborating with all Associates to support the company's customer service model, brand standards, and operations is essential.

Responsibilities

1. Support business needs, ensure adequate shift coverage, and supervise Sales Associates as needed, working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
2. Consistently deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating the company's selling model confidently and knowledgeably.
3. Maintain brand standards regarding cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
4. Understand sales goals and align behaviors accordingly.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective customer engagement skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift, climb ladders, and lift a minimum of 10 pounds.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
