Job summary

Samaritan's Purse in Boone, NC is seeking a Key Donor Response Coordinator to manage the production and distribution of donor correspondence from the President’s Office to key supporters, strengthening donor relationships and advancing the ministry’s mission.

You will maintain the donor database, coordinate time-sensitive communications, ensure data accuracy, and provide backup administrative support, while modeling a strong Christian witness in all interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine correspondence.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production and distribution of donor correspondence from the President and President's Office to key donors.
• Strengthen donor relationships and support Samaritan's Purse mission.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of the donor database; assist with coordinating the donor list and reporting.
• Provide backup administrative support for the office as needed and participate in daily devotions and prayer.
• Maintain a strong Christian witness and adhere to the organization’s Faith statements in all work.
