Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in North Andover, MA is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations and lead a team of Associates.

The role primarily shifts between Coordinator duties and leadership activities, with emphasis on customer service and compliance with store policies. Applicants should be available for nights and weekends, demonstrate strong communication, problem solving, and coaching abilities, and have at least 1 year of retail experience with some leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan; prioritizes as needed.
• Addresses customer service issues and provides coaching to Associates.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for a positive customer experience.
• Ensures adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
