Black Diamond Equipment, Ltd. is seeking a Sales Analyst to support sales and operations across Key, National, and Specialty Accounts. You will analyze bookings, sell-through, and performance to improve the order book and partner with planning on data quality for campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of college education required.
• 3-5 years of wholesale sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in outdoor industry and familiarity with key account sales processes.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and sales skills mandatory.
• Time management, account management, and strong computer skills required.
• Product knowledge or active participation in skiing and rock climbing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Sales Operations Summary and reporting tools to identify issues or opportunities and suggest solutions to Sales Managers and Account Reps.
• Communicate and coordinate with SCM to meet expected and unexpected demand of key accounts, including preseason and promotional orders.
• Track and acquire Key and National Account sell-through information to highlight opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and outside Reps to set annual sales goals and initiatives for each key account.
• Support sales growth, service goals, metrics, and initiatives for key accounts as evaluated by Sales Ops.
• Visiting accounts as needed, including travel to regional shows and events.
• Create allocation projections for seasonal products and revise plans to increase fulfilment.
• Represent the viewpoint of key accounts in internal capacities and advocate for their needs.
• Assist in Sales Ops department functions with BD Sales Operations and Sales Management.
• Support ongoing training and development for account reviews and opportunities.
