Job summary

Primitives by Kathy Inc. in Lancaster, PA, seeks a Key Account Coordinator Supervisor to lead the Key Account Coordinator team, oversee customer and order management, and ensure customer-specific requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Three or more years of relevant experience in customer service, sales support, account management, wholesale, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex customer requirements.
• Experience training, coaching, or leading team members.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent PBK professionally in interactions with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and first-level support to Key Account Coordinators.
• Serve as liaison between the team and internal departments (Accounting, Compliance, Creative, EDI, Purchasing, Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse).
• Develop and maintain training plans for new Key Account Coordinators.
• Provide hands-on training and delegate training responsibilities.
• Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and support to the team.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities to improve team effectiveness and customer service.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, and consistent execution across the team.
• Maintain understanding of assigned key accounts and customer-specific requirements.
• Review vendor guides and customer requirements; maintain coverage instructions.
• Coordinate sample shipments and review chargebacks.
• Monitor open orders and communicate issues to stakeholders.
• Oversight of purchase orders, counters, and ERP data entry in CounterPoint.
• Support onboarding of new customers and ensure onboarding docs are complete.
• Help ensure coordinators understand and execute new customer requirements.
