Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength seeks a highly organized Key Account Support Specialist to empower NA Health Club partners with accurate records, quotes, orders, and responsive service. The hybrid role is based at the Rosemont, IL Global Support Center, with in-office days on Tue/Wed/Thu.

You will collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to drive client satisfaction and growth. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in sales support or account management;

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or account management.
• Experience in fitness, wellness, or related industries preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce and Oracle experience preferred.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate franchise and account records in CRM and internal repositories.
• Assist with quoting Life Fitness and Hammer Strength products and services.
• Update orders post-sale and manage product/address changes.
• Provide product details and respond to key account information requests.
• Prepare open order summaries and pull sales data reports.
• Collaborate with Business Support, Order Management, and Key Account Managers to prioritize and complete tasks.
• Deliver responsive, professional customer service to strengthen client relationships.
