Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts in the Georgia region. You will manage weekly orders, liaise with plant operations, and resolve customer service issues for Wayne Farms poultry products, ensuring on-time delivery and high satisfaction.

You will support sales accounts, enter orders, track credits, and maintain forecasts while using ERP and Jira systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year sales experience within poultry or protein industry.
• Minimum one year inside sales, customer service, or sales support experience.
• Self-starter with initiative and urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new systems and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders promptly and follow up on delivery dates.
• Coordinate with plants to move orders and report shortages to customers.
• Resolve customer credit issues and invoice deductions.
• Maintain relationships with current customers and manage forecasts.
• Enter complaints into Jira QA system and coordinate with teams.
