Wayne Farms LLC is seeking a results-oriented sales leader to drive Fresh Sales growth across food services, wholesale, and value-added processing channels. You will build and implement strategic plans to grow volume, pricing, and margins while expanding the customer base and converting accounts to programmed programs.

You will mentor a sales team, collaborate with Business Development, and emphasize customer satisfaction with a data-driven approach to market opportunities and product mix

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of relevant sales experience in poultry or protein.
• Knowledge of fresh and prepared foods markets and outside supplier base.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategic growth plans for food services, wholesale, and value-add processing.
• Build and maintain customer relationships; expand customer base across segments.
• Provide direction to optimize sales mix and maximize margins in assigned region.
• Mentor and train staff; communicate sales plans and company goals.
