Job summary

Henkel in the Consumer Brands unit is seeking a results-driven account manager to own and grow the Ulta business in the US. You will manage day-to-day performance, build relationships with Ulta buying teams, and lead forecast and budgeting.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Education, Supply Chain and other teams to execute launches and promotions, analyze market trends, and travel up to 30% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of sales or account management experience within the beauty industry.
• Direct Ulta account management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing large-scale beauty businesses, including assortment, planogram, and retailer growth initiatives.
• Proven track record of building customer relationships and delivering sales growth.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables preferred), PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with Ulta’s PIM Portal is a plus.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen, and ambition to grow within the organization.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

The salary range for this role is $100,000.00 and $115,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
