The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Key Account Manager for Semiconductors, you will leverage your industry knowledge and network to collaborate with innovative teams worldwide, providing value-added solutions to key customer needs. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Managing key semiconductor industry customers with cutting-edge technological solutions.
  2. Understanding industry trends and communicating customer needs to 3M.
  3. Developing strategies to grow the business by addressing customer needs using 3M’s core competencies.
  4. Implementing strategies aligned with global product platforms to develop and penetrate applications across the semiconductor value chain.
  5. Aligning with US and global leadership to support business growth at key accounts.
  6. Creating solutions for complex problems through collaboration, ingenuity, and analytical skills across global teams.
  7. Using Salesforce to communicate needs, track progress, and manage accounts efficiently.
  8. Achieving sales quotas and price targets as per the operating plan.

Company Vehicle

This role requires driving a company vehicle, with pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle history reviews.

Your Skills and Expertise

Minimum qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science or Engineering.
  • At least 3 years in materials for semiconductor device fabrication in a customer-facing role.
  • At least 2 years in a customer-facing role with key device manufacturers.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree, experience with CMP, TBDB, WSS, advanced packaging materials, language skills (Japanese/Chinese), and soft skills like communication and negotiation.

Travel: Up to 50% domestic and 10% international travel.

Location: Phoenix AZ, Portland OR, Bay Area CA, or Remote USA.

Relocation Assistance: Not provided.
