Job summary

Dematic is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to focus on the Amazon business. You will manage and grow the Amazon relationship, drive retrofit opportunities, and ensure successful delivery of Dematic solutions.

Based in the US (Bellevue, WA or Grand Rapids, MI) with travel as needed, you will collaborate with internal teams to meet Amazon's goals and drive growth. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Engineering.
• Familiarity with Amazon's operations and retrofit business model is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Amazon partners, acting as the primary contact.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Amazon retrofit projects.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solution proposals per customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align plans with Amazon's goals and Dematic's objectives.
• Address issues to maintain trust and satisfaction; prepare regular status and forecast reports.
