We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Sales Team in Plymouth, MN (remote position in AR, MO, TX, etc.).

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for helping us achieve annual sales growth targets.

What you’ll do
  • Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on prospective customers in the Mid-South US region.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts in the region.
  • Manage sales plans to achieve top-line sales goals and gross margins.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Signify management, sales team, distributor representatives, and key customers to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Coordinate with internal operations and customer service to ensure prompt order processing and delivery.
Your qualifications
  • Degree in sales, agribusiness management, animal or poultry science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of field or related experience with significant knowledge of commercial protein production; existing network of contacts is a plus.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and operate with integrity and professionalism.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to represent the company virtually are essential.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and MS Teams is required.

Salary: $71,700 - $95,600 base

Bonus: Target 35% sales incentive bonus
