We are a fast-growing apparel fashion brand, well-established in the industry with over 10 years of success. As we continue our growth trajectory, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager to oversee and expand our largest key accounts. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact by nurturing existing relationships and driving new business growth in a high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Management : Own and grow relationships with top-tier key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for key decision-makers.
- Sales Growth & Expansion : Develop and execute strategies to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, ensuring consistent revenue growth and long-term account retention.
- Collaboration & Coordination : Work closely with internal teams to coordinate the execution of orders, product delivery, and marketing support. Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and customer service for a seamless customer experience.
- Pre-Sale and Post-Sale Support : Provide comprehensive support by delivering product information, pricing, and inventory availability, while managing the order lifecycle. Monitor product performance and ensure clients have everything they need for success.
- Trade Show Representation : Represent the brand at key industry trade shows, growing brand presence, managing face-to-face relationships, and identifying new opportunities with both new and existing clients.
- Sales Target Accountability : Drive towards achieving sales targets, using data and analysis to inform decision-making and strategic direction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Sales Leadership : A track record of managing and expanding key accounts, with a focus on strategic relationship building and sustainable sales growth.
- Strong Communicator & Negotiator : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels within an organization.
- Strategic Thinker : Ability to assess and analyze customer needs, market trends, and competition to inform growth strategies.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented : Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Independent & Motivated : Self-driven with a hunger for success and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suites.
- Experience managing key accounts, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster and maintain meaningful relationships.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to travel for tradeshows and key account meetings.
- Experience in developing pricing strategies and managing sales targets.
