We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Sales Team in Plymouth, MN (remote position in NC, MD, DE, PA, etc.).

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for helping ONCE achieve annual sales growth targets.

What you’ll do
  • Establish new accounts by planning and organizing your daily work schedule to call on prospective customers in the Atlantic/DelMarVa US region.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts in the region.
  • Manage sales plans to achieve top-line sales goals and gross margins.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the ONCE management and sales team, distributor sales representatives, and key customers to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Coordinate with internal operations and customer service to ensure prompt order processing and delivery.
Your qualifications
  • Degree in sales, agribusiness management, animal or poultry science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of field or related experience with significant knowledge of animal production; an existing network of contacts is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, operated with integrity and professionalism.
  • Effective communication and virtual presentation skills are essential.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and MS Teams is required.

Salary: $71,700 - $95,600 base

Bonus: Target 35% sales incentive bonus
