Qualifications

• 1+ year of work experience as B2B Account Manager in IT or iGaming.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
• Excellent social and communication skills.

• Driven to achieve targets and learn continuously.
• Team-oriented with collaborative spirit.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact and trusted advisor for existing customers.
• Coordinate launches, marketing and promotions across brands.
• Resolve technical, management, financial and business issues regularly.
• Represent the company at events and exhibitions.
• Provide monthly/quarterly reports to Account Team Lead.
• Analyze the iGaming market on an ongoing basis.

The expertise we’re looking for

• 1+ year of work experience as B2B Account manager in IT or/and IGaming industry;


• Analytical mindset;


• Highly developed social and communication skills;


• Ability to cope with a high-pace, complex and changing environment;


• Strong drive for achieving and exceeding targets;


• Desire to learn and to research;


• To work as a team member;


• Experience with Jira/CRM/Google;


• Knowledge of English;


• Fluent English — spoken and written.

Your position will include

• Act as the main point of contact and develop a trusted advisor relationship with existing customers;


• Ensure games launch, marketing and promotional activities across brands;


• Problem resolution of technical/management/financial/business issues on a regular basis;


• Attend and represent the company at events and exhibitions;


• Provide Account Team Lead with monthly / quarterly reports on the work results;


• Conducting a regular analysis of the iGaming market.
