Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager you’ll play a critical role in the full sales (from zero to hero) process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the main customer contact – manage and coordinate all camLine activities for assigned accounts
  • Present and demonstrate solutions – conduct seminars, sales calls, and deliver technical insights to ensure our partners stay ahead
  • Grow the business – identify new opportunities and expand relationships with existing customers to maximize value
  • Develop pricing strategies—define customer pricing in collaboration with the Sales Management team
  • Engage with key decision‑makers—communicate directly with executives and CxO‑level stakeholders
  • Analyze and report – provide ongoing sales forecasts and valuable business insights to optimize company strategy
  • Focus on high‑growth industries – drive business development in Semiconductor, Medical Device, Food & Beverage, Automotive, General Manufacturing, and Warehousing
Must‑Have Technical Skill
  • Strong networking skills on social media – you’re confident, proactive, and willing to engage in conversations, always looking for opportunities to connect and build relationships in a friendly, charismatic way
  • Proven sales experience – a track record of successfully selling software and hardware products (experience in semiconductors is a plus)
  • References required – if you make it past the first interview, we’ll ask for two references: one from a business partner who worked with you and one from a non‑tech background.
Nice‑to‑Haves: Technical and Non‑Technical background& skills
  • Technical background – a degree or studies in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or Medical Devices is a plus
  • CPIM Certification – knowledge in Supply Chain Management & Manufacturing is a great advantage
  • Customer insight – the ability to deeply understand customer needs and anticipate their expectations
  • Sales expertise – strong skills in solution selling and closing deals effectively
Administrative documents must‑have
  • The candidate must be located in the eastern USA
What does day‑to‑day activity look like?
  • 20% Cold Calling & New Contacts – actively reach out to potential clients to open new business opportunities
  • 30% Engaging with Existing Leads & Customers – reactivating past connections and driving upsell opportunities within the camLine customer base
  • 20% CRM Reporting – keeping track of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interaction
  • 10% Quotes, POs & Billing – handling proposals, purchase orders, and invoices
  • 20% Training & Internal Collaboration – engaging with Project Managers and Sales peers to stay aligned and continuously improve
