Paycom in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Key Account Manager responsible for managing regional key accounts, delivering volume objectives, and analyzing customer sales to set team priorities.

You will maintain communications with District Managers, conduct quarterly business reviews, build strong retailer relationships, and collaborate across the organization to drive programs. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred; 3–5 years DSD and 2+ years sales management experience required.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of direct store delivery (DSD) management experience.
• 2+ years of sales management experience.
• Excellent communication skills for one-on-one and group presentations.
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 lbs.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Related Field preferred or 5 years of experience in lieu of education.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop regional key accounts to meet volume objectives.
• Analyze business and customer sales to set team priorities.
• Maintain communication with District Managers for program implementation.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with Regional Accounts.
• Build relationships beyond the buyer level and drive retailer engagement.
• Collaborate with RBNA Sales and DP teams to execute programs.
