Job summary

Core Health & Fitness is seeking a Key Account Installation Specialist to lead end-to-end installation projects for major accounts. You will coordinate orders, schedules, and resources, ensuring installations meet customer expectations and company standards.

You will partner with Sales, Logistics, and external installers, performing root-cause analysis on issues and driving timely, data-driven resolutions while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end installation management for assigned key accounts.
• Conduct root cause analysis for installation issues and implement corrective actions.
• Provide proactive, regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with installers, warehouses, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and execution.
• Develop and maintain standard procedures, checklists, and tools for installation management.
