Job summary

Global Recruiters Network in Virginia is seeking a Process and Equipment Maintenance Tech to support GMP pharmaceutical production. You will maintain fill lines, isolators, autoclaves, and related equipment, ensuring safe, compliant operation and rapid response to equipment issues.

Ideal candidates have hands-on maintenance experience in sterile manufacturing, familiarity with CMMS, GMP knowledge, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years maintenance experience on manufacturing equipment or an associated degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience with sterile fill-finish manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Experience using CMMS systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day production activities and act as first line of response for equipment malfunctions.
• Provide technical expertise to production teams and coordinate with Engineering and other support teams.
• Maintain inventory for key spare parts with calibration and maintenance teams.
• Develop and revise preventive maintenance instructions for production equipment.
• Document work orders and GMP paperwork clearly and timely.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production needs.
