Qualifications

• 3–5 years of facility maintenance experience in GMP-regulated industries.
• Formal training in HVAC systems and troubleshooting is required.
• Experience operating and maintaining GMP utilities (RO, WFI, Pure Steam).
• Strong understanding of ALCOA principles and GMP documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility utilities and critical GMP systems.
• Diagnose and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Monitor utility performance and document parameters per GMP standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and manufacturing teams.
• Support safety and regulatory compliance during all tasks.
