Job summary

Guerbet is seeking a Maintenance Technician in the US to maintain plant utilities in a GMP environment. You will support RO, WFI, Pure Steam systems and other critical equipment, ensuring reliable operation and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• AS degree or technical schooling preferred.
• 3–5 years of facility maintenance in GMP-regulated industry (required).
• Formal training in HVAC and troubleshooting (required).
• Experience with GMP utilities: RO, WFI, Pure Steam (required).
• HVAC experience for cleanrooms and related systems (required).
• Knowledge of distribution systems and plant utilities (required).
• Familiarity with boilers, chillers, and air compressors (required).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and critical GMP utility systems.
• Diagnose machine failures and implement repairs to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair to support manufacturing operations.
• Monitor utility performance and document critical parameters per ALCOA.
• Work with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure compliant utilities.
• Assist in installation, certification, and modification of systems and equipment.
