Job summary

KAUBOI is a Japanese steakhouse at The REMI Hotel in Scottsdale, seeking a polished server assistant/barback to join a high-energy team. You will support the service staff, handle a high-volume bar, and deliver warm, attentive hospitality.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of fine-dining experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of fine-dining server assistant/busser/runner/barback experience; high volume bar experience is ideal.
• Strong customer service skills.

• Ability to carry 3 hot plates gracefully and safely.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
