Job summary
KAUBOI is a Japanese steakhouse at The REMI Hotel in Scottsdale, seeking a polished server assistant/barback to join a high-energy team. You will support the service staff, handle a high-volume bar, and deliver warm, attentive hospitality.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of fine-dining experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Training and growth opportunities are offered.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of fine-dining server assistant/busser/runner/barback experience; high volume bar experience is ideal.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and professional in appearance.
- Ability to carry 3 hot plates gracefully and safely.
- Clear thinking, calm under pressure, and good judgment.
- Punctual, regular, reliable, and able to follow instructions.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet service demands.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the service team to meet guest needs in a timely manner.
- Assist servers and bartenders during high-volume periods.
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
