Herschend Family Entertainment (HFE) seeks a Cultivating Constant Improvement (CCI) Process Analyst to join our technology team at our Orlando site and support theme parks in Creating Memories Worth Repeating®. Using Kaizen-based CCI methods, you will partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and monitor results that impact guest experience.

This full-time role reports to the CCI Manager at the Property Support Center, requires 1–3 years in process

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong meeting facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience training and coaching teams across diverse roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with properties and CCI stakeholders to expand improvement culture.
• Lead Kaizen events and guide cross-functional teams to actionable decisions.
• Define priorities with local leaders and support adoption of CCI tools.
