Job summary

Pilgrim is seeking a hands-on packaging operator to run the K-Pak line and oversee the packaging process. You will ensure correct product weight, proper sealing, and temperature control while maintaining HACCP readiness.

Role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to safety, and the ability to work in a cold, noisy environment; overtime may be required. Ground beef department knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Mechanical background required.
• Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• General knowledge of the ground beef department is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate K-Pak Machines and direct the workforce.
• Ensure product is properly packaged with no leakage.
• Verify correct weight and temperature for packaging.
