• Train other packaging machine operators or cross-train PMOMs.
• Perform changeovers, setup, and troubleshooting for new production runs.
• Ensure product conforms to specifications and maintain GMP and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain clean work area and keep records of product, temperatures, weights, and downtime.
