• Verify correct product weight.
• Complete pre-operational HACCP paperwork before start-up.
• Assemble K-Pak machine at shift start.
• Ensure product at proper packaging temperature.
• Prepare downtime reports for the K-Pak machine.
• Maintain structured daily tasks.
• Support grounds beef supervisor on product and packaging integrity.
• Attend monthly group meetings.
• Perform clip and seal checks every 20–30 chubs.
• Monitor weight of products every 5–10 chubs.
• Ensure correct box counts for each outgoing load.
