Beauteers, LLC, a New York-based K-beauty distributor, seeks an detail-focused Operations Coordinator to support daily wholesale distribution operations. You will coordinate orders, maintain records, and communicate with partners across sales, logistics, inventory, e-commerce, and brand teams.

This role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities spanning order processing, invoicing, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and other Office apps.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.
• Professional proficiency in English and Korean.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process daily purchase orders from U.S. retail and wholesale accounts.
• Maintain accurate order records, product information, and inventory data using ERP, EDI, and WMS platforms.
• Coordinate order fulfillment, shipping schedules, and delivery requirements with internal teams and 3PLs.
• Prepare and process invoices, shipping documentation, and ASN.
• Monitor order status, track shipments, and resolve fulfillment issues.
• Monitor inventory levels, incoming shipments, and product availability.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for timely fulfillment.
• Assist with inventory reconciliation, stock allocation, and shipment tracking.
• Ensure compliance with retailer routing, labeling, and shipping requirements.
• Communicate with retail buyers, vendors, and partners regarding orders and shipments.
• Support sales and account management with updates, reporting, and coordination.
• Prepare operational reports and sales-related documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workflows.
