Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to serve K-8 students at two school sites near Henderson, MN. The contract supports a flexible 30–32 hour work week, with a start as soon as possible and a finish date of June 6, 2025, no summer hours, and potential extension into the 2025–2026 year.

CFs and SLPA candidates are welcome, requiring MN licensure or eligibility. The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers and families and involves travel between campuses as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid SLP licensure in Minnesota or be eligible for licensure.
• Open to CF (Clinical Fellow) and SLPA candidates.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities required.
• Experience with school-age children (K-8) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement IEPs for students.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and records.
